Fellowship Groups

United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women (UMW) is a community of women who are committed to knowing God and becoming whole persons through Jesus Christ. Membership is open to all women who have a desire to belong and to participate in the mission of the church. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month, October through June.

Through UMW, women strive to develop a creative and supportive fellowship. Meetings consist of inspirational and informational programs. For those women who wish to take on a more active role within the church, UMW can provide assistance and encouragement.

Each October, the UMW prepares and hosts the annual Harvest Luncheon. The luncheon is open to the public and succeeds through the efforts of the entire church community. All moneys from UMW activities benefit local and global missions as determined by the membership.
United Methodist Men The United Methodist Men has historically existed to support men in their spiritual journey and fellowship needs. Currently the men meet on an occasional basis, mostly project-oriented.
Daytimers The Daytimers, an activity sponsored by the UMW, meets usually at noon on the 4th Wednesday of the month (Fall – Spring). A covered dish lunch is followed by a program. The purpose is to provide a monthly outing for older persons who may find it difficult to get out in the evening. All people are encouraged to come to provide a variety of fellowship for all.
M & M Club The M & M Club is a group formed in the spirit of Christian fellowship. Most meetings center around a social activity and the group operates without a budget. Interest rather than age is the criterion for membership and all are welcomed.
Youth Ministry Youth group meets Sunday afternoons from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. Devo's, games, food (good food! Brownies, ice cream, bagels, stuff like that...), conversation about important things, planning for a summer mission trip. Currently led by our pastor, Mark Demers, and dedicated adviser Margaret Welch - if you are in grades 6 - 12, join us in the Rainbow Room.
All Church Family Ministry This ministry provides outdoor activities for all people of the church, children, youth and adults. Activities include cross country skiing, day hikes, canoe outings, whale watches, travel adventures, etc.
